Every rental ends and every car needs prep. Beast opens the task, gets the car ready for your team, and keeps a clean record of every euro spent along the way.

Cars get themselves ready

The second a rental ends, a fresh task pops up for the car with everything that needs doing: exterior wash, interior clean, fluid top up, charge, and a quick settings reset.

One tap unlocks and starts the car

Tap Start on a task and the car unlocks itself and powers on. Your team walks up to a vehicle that's already open and ready, no keys or extra apps needed.

Every euro is tied to a car

Add what you spent as you go: parts, supplies, outside services. Each cost stays linked to the car, the task, and the team member who logged it.

When a car crosses a border, the task follows

Run cars across two countries or eight. If a renter drops the car off in a different country than it started in, the task reassigns itself to the right team.

Margin protection

Your pricing rules enforce themselves.

The three places fleets bleed money the most: late returns, dropped-anywhere cars, and over-mileage. Beast prices each of them in, captures the fee from the deposit, and never asks your team to follow up.

Late returns charge themselves

Returning past the booking window kicks in a per-minute fee that steps up after a short grace period. Nobody on your team has to chase the invoice.

Drop the car outside the zone, pay for the recovery

If the car ends up parked outside your designated return area, Beast adds a recovery fee to the rental and pulls it from the deposit. Recovery costs stop being your problem.

Over the mileage limit, counted and charged

Each rental has a daily distance allowance you set. Anything over the limit gets priced per kilometre and added to the bill at the end. No reconciling odometer photos by hand.

Beast runs every booking through identity, licence, payment, location, and risk checks before the car ever unlocks. When something looks off, it stops the rental rather than waving it through.

Only verified, eligible drivers can start your car

Every driver who unlocks one of your Teslas has passed an EU-regulated identity check and a valid driving licence check. There is no manual override that skips both.

A deposit is held before the keys come off

Beast pre-authorises a security deposit on the driver’s card before any car is unlocked. If there’s damage or a fee at the end, the exact amount is captured from that hold.

Suspicious bookings get caught before the unlock

Beast scores every rental for fraud signals at the moment of unlock, not just at signup. High-risk cases trigger a live selfie check or human review before the car ever opens.

Every rental leaves a clean paper trail

Start and end timestamps, telemetry minute by minute, every payment state change, every check the platform ran. It’s all preserved, so disputes and incidents reconstruct themselves.
